Position Overview:
Quebe Entertainment is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of corporate events, concerts, and weddings. You’ll work closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth logistics, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing event concepts and timelines
  • Coordinate with vendors for venue setup, catering, AV services, and other requirements
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and seating arrangements
  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring all operations run smoothly
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event
  • Provide post-event reports, including feedback and analysis of event success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Flexible schedule, willing to work nights and weekends as required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with corporate events and large-scale conferences
  • Knowledge of vendor contracts and negotiations
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail

Description: Join our dynamic team as the Event Sponsorship Coordinator for our Concert Division, where you’ll play a pivotal role in securing and managing sponsorships for high-profile concert events. You’ll work closely with brands and partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations, driving visibility and success for both the sponsors and our concerts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential sponsorship opportunities and cultivate relationships with new sponsors.
  • Develop compelling sponsorship packages that align with brand goals and concert themes.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of sponsorship agreements, ensuring seamless execution during events.
  • Maintain strong communication with sponsors, ensuring they receive maximum value and exposure.
  • Track sponsorship performance and provide post-event reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event sponsorship or partnership management, preferably in the entertainment or live events industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple sponsorships and projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for concerts and the live events space.

Description: As the Marketing and Communications Manager for the Concert Division, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote concert events. This includes managing all promotional materials, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and coordinating media relations. You’ll play a key role in boosting ticket sales and enhancing the brand’s presence in the entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote concert events and increase ticket sales.
  • Manage the creation of promotional content for social media, email campaigns, and press releases.
  • Coordinate media outreach, handling interviews, and public relations for concerts.
